Danny is the backbone of TM Construction’s on-site operations, serving as Site Supervisor since joining the team in 2020. Growing up, he worked alongside his father renovating rental properties, assisting in many family-owned businesses, a foundation that led to him to open a glass installation business. Later, Danny sharpened his leadership skills as a supervisor for a glass distributor before bringing his talents to TM Construction. With a background steeped in family-run craftsmanship and years of supervisory experience, he ensures every project runs smoothly and meets the company’s high standards. Danny’s practical know-how and attention to detail makes him an essential part of TM Construction crew. He oversees the entirety of the projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget. He is responsible for developing project plans, schedules, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. He lead the project team to ensure effective communication and task completion. Additionally, monitors construction activities for compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
