Felice “Felix” Casazza is a licensed contractor who, along with his wife and co-owner Melissa Casazza, is the driving force behind TM Construction. Founded in 2016, the company was born from Felix’s lifelong passion for construction. With 25 years of experience in the industry, Felix began his journey in high school, renovating rental properties alongside his grandfather and father. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Suffolk University, he worked as a sales representative and stock broker assistant, but his dream of working with his hands and owning a construction company with Melissa never wavered.

At the age of 24, Felix joined the Carpenters Union in Boston, where he honed his skills over 14 years and eventually became a foreman. In 2016, he and Melissa took a bold step by launching TM Construction, which they have grown into a thriving business with 12 employees and 7 company vehicles. They lead a talented team that includes account managers, a site supervisor, a project manager, and specialized divisions in painting, tile, and carpentry. By combining Felix’s hands-on expertise with their shared vision and business acumen, they deliver exceptional results for every client.
