Melissa Casazza brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as co-owner and office manager of TM Construction. A graduate of Merrimack College with a degree in Marketing, Melissa excelled in the corporate world, working for a highly profitable conference production pharmaceutical company where she consistently surpassed expectations. Also bringing several years of experience as a previous Workforce Service Coordinator for a non-profit childcare resource center which provides TM Construction with knowledge and understanding when working with State funded projects. After stepping away to raise their three children, she joined forces with her husband, Felix, in 2016 to launch TM Construction. Starting in the office, Melissa’s organizational skills and business insight quickly proved invaluable. Today, she manages the office staff and oversees financial decisions, ensuring the company runs smoothly and thrives under her and Felix’s shared vision.
