Patrick holds a degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He began his career with a commercial contractor in Boston through a co-op program. After graduating, he joined TM Construction team in January 2024. In his role, Patrick is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of construction projects. He works closely with Felix, (owner), and Danny (site-super) from the bidding stages to the completion of the punch list. His primary goals are to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. Patrick assists with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting while maintaining clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. He also handles documentation and submittals, preparing daily reports for clients to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, Patrick is responsible for state work and obtaining DCAMM certification.
